About Ashlyn
Ashlyn graduated from NUS BSc (Real Estate) in 2003 with Honours Degree. After 7 years of sales and marketing experience, she left the corporate world to pursue her interest in property and have been professionally serving her clients for 9 years full time.
She constantly seek to understand well and thoroughly her client’s needs. She enjoys simplifying the buying and selling process to reduce their pain and anxiety.

How It All Started
When I bought my first property in 2009, I searched through newspapers and online portals, and viewed about 30 units before committing to buy a 4 room HDB. I had no realtor to guide me and the realtor I subsequently engaged was merely a transactional agent. I paid the commission, parted ways and that’s end of it.
This made me reflect on my experience, and shaped my ideals the kind of realtor I wanted to be when I decided to pursue the property line. With strong interest in property investment, armed with my real estate education in NUS, I eventually embarked on a career in real-estate in 2011.
Today, I use data-driven information to empower my clients to make well-informed decisions to reach their property goals. I am constantly learning about the developments in the industy to keep myself up to date. I also aspire to form long-term relationships with my clients, continuously adding value to them and not merely be a transactional agent.
From owning 1 HDB property, today I’m an investor co-owning 5 properties in Singapore and I want to let my clients know that this is possible with proper planning.
